On June 19, 2013, SEB AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its proportion of voting rights
on Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, has
exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on June 18, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 4.33% (this corresponds to 2,231,602 voting rights).

On June 20, 2013, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm,
Sweden, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
its proportion of voting rights on Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472
Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, has exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting
rights on June 18, 2013 and on that day amounted to 4.33% (this corresponds
to 2,231,602 voting rights).
4.33% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,231,602 voting rights) is
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
