On 17 June 2013, the percentage of BlackRock Group Limited in the voting
rights in NORMA Group AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to
2.93% (933,728 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 2.93% (933,728 voting rights) are attributed to
BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.


2.) BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel
Islands
On 17 June 2013, the percentage of BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P.
in the voting rights in NORMA Group AG fell below the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 2.93% (933,868 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 2.93% (933,868 voting rights) are attributed to BR
Jersey International Holdings, L.P. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.


3.) BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, USA
On 17 June 2013, the percentage of BlackRock International Holdings, Inc.
in the voting rights in NORMA Group AG fell below the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 2.93% (933,868 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 2.93% (933,868 voting rights) are attributed to
BlackRock International Holdings, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.


4.) BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, USA
On 17 June 2013, the percentage of BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc. in the
voting rights in NORMA Group AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted
to 2.93% (933,868 voting rights).
