pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of the below
named entities with the following content:

 1. Artisan Partners Funds, Inc.

On June 20, 2013 Artisan Partners Funds, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA,
has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on June 18, 2013 its
voting rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG exeeded the threshold of 3%.
On that date, Artisan Partners Funds, Inc. held 3.02% in relation to all
voting rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG (voting rights arising from
2,674,142 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).

 2. Scout Capital Management, L.L.C.

On June 20, 2013 Scout Capital Management, L.L.C., NY, New York, USA, has
informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on June 17, 2013 its
voting rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG fell below the threshold of
3% and on that day amounted to 2.69% (this corresponds to 2,385,000 voting
rights).

2.69% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,385,000 voting rights)
are attributable to the company pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.
