Mr. Raymond Oglethorpe, Lead non-executive Director, is elected by the Board to the position of Chairman. In addition, Mr. Mark Weidman, President Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Waste Management, Inc., is nominated to the Board of Directors to fill the non-executive Director vacancy of Mr. Dietmar Klenner. Mr. Philip Feeley, Corporate Controller, has been appointed acting Chief Financial Officer.
