On July 01, 2013, Mr Klaus Mutschler, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Hesse Newman Capital AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 50%
threshold of the Voting Rights on June 27, 2013 and on that day amounted to
58.97% (this corresponds to 8845618 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 58.97%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 8845618 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Mutschler from SBW Schweizer Beteiligungs-Werte AG.
