NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of July 1, 2013 to suspend the trading in AS „Latvijas Gāze” shares (GZE1R, ISIN: LV0000100899) during the annual general meeting of shareholders of July 5, 2013, taking into account the application made by AS „Latvijas Gāze”. In the application the company asked NASDAQ OMX Riga to suspend trading in its shares due to the fact that it is planned to adopt material resolutions in the annual general meeting of shareholders of July 5.
Trading is going to be suspended with the start of the annual general meeting, at 09:00 (EET), and is going to be resumed after the information on the adopted resolutions is published on the NASDAQ OMX Riga information system.
