NKT: Acquisition of Ericsson's power cable operations completed
As reported in announcement No. 10 dated 3 May, 2013, NKT Cables entered into a conditional agreement concerning the acquisition of Ericsson's power cable business. The transaction has been approved by relevant regulatory stakeholders.
Today, closing has been completed and Ericsson's power cable business has therefore been transferred to NKT Cables on the terms previously notified.
