On June 28, 2013 the LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG
that via shares their Voting Rights on Constantin Medien AG, Ismaning,
Germany, ISIN: DE0009147207, WKN: 914720, have exceeded the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on June 27, 2013 and now amount to 3.11% (this corresponds to
2650000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, these Voting
Rights are to be attributed to the LBBW Asset Management
Investmentgesellschaft mbH from the Baden-Württembergische
Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte. This release is
related to the release dated June 28, 2013 of the Voting Rights
announcement by the Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte,
Zahnärzte und Tierärzte.
