On July 1, 2013, UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its proportion of voting rights on
Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 MÃ¼lheim an der Ruhr, Germany, has
fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on June 26, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.92 % (this corresponds to 1,502,881 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 0.37% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 190,759) voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
