Balder has entered into an agreement to acquire the commercial property Gothenburg Bö 93:2, known as "Kanoldhuset", located next door to Liseberg in central Gothenburg. The property has a lettable area of approximately 9,200 s.q.m. and a parking garage with almost 400 parking spaces. The possession will take place during the third quarter of 2013 and the property value of SEK 190 million has been assigned.
