Changes in the Management Board of Celesio AG
Stuttgart, 3 July 2013. The Supervisory Board of Celesio AG has decided
today to dismiss Markus Pinger as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the
Board of the company with immediate effect. The tasks of the Management
Board for which Mr. Pinger has been responsible will be taken over
provisionally by the Board Member Dr Marion Helmes. Mrs. Dr Helmes is
spokesperson of the Management Board with immediate effect. The Supervisory
Board would like to thank Mr. Pinger for his work provided.
