1. On July 04, 2013, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 03, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 4.31% (this corresponds to 905807 Voting Rights).

2. On July 04, 2013, the Ministry of Finance, on behalf of the state of
Norway, Oslo, Norway, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 03,
2013 and on that day amounted to 4.31% (this corresponds to 905807 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.31% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 905807 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Norges Bank.
