ICA Norway has received approval from the Norwegian Ministry of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs for continued implementation of the sourcing agreement with Norgesgruppen pending the Norwegian Competition Authority's final decision on this matter. The Ministry has reviewed parts of the Competition Authority's decision to temporarily suspend the co-operation between ICA Norway and Norgesgruppen. The Ministry confirms the Competition Authority's decision regarding logistics co- operation. Since ICA Norway will continue its wholesale and logistics operations until the Competition Authority has addressed the issue, the Ministry accepts ICA Norge's and Norgesgruppen's continued implementation of the planned sourcing co-operation.
