Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA (hereafter 'Borussia Dortmund') and FC
Shakhtar Donetsk have agreed the transfer to Borussia Dortmund of Armenian
national team player 'Henrikh Mkhitaryan', born on 21 January 1989
(hereafter 'player'). Borussia Dortmund and the player have reached a
general agreement on the economic terms and conditions for a professional
player employment contract with a term until 30 June 2017. Details are
still to be agreed.

As things stand, with the forthcoming signing of the player 'Mkhitaryan'
and the signing of the player 'Aubameyang' (contractual term until
30.06.2018) and 'Sokratis' (contractual term until 30.06.2018) earlier on,
Borussia Dortmund has finalized its essential transfer activities in the
summer transfer period for the season 2013/2014. In the course of the
ordinary execution of these transfers, Borussia Dortmund will have almost
spent the available investment budget in the amount of EUR 50 million.
