NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on July 11, 2013 to immediately apply observation status to AS "Goldinvest Asset Management" (GAM1R, ISIN code: LV0000101327).
NASDAQ OMX Riga "Alternative Market First North Baltic rules" Article 34.2.2, Subarticle 4, stipulates that the Issuer shall be placed on observation status if it is proposed to terminate trading with Issuer’s financial instruments on the Alternative Market or to suspend trading in them, or it is planned to do the same within the next six (6) months.
On July 11, 2013 AS "Goldinvest Asset Management" published an information on convocation of Extraordinary general meeting on August 15, 2013, in agenda including an item to decide on the delisting of AS "Goldinvest Asset Management" shares from the alternative market "First North".
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
