On 16 July 2013 Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA has
notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 15 July 2013 its voting
rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany exceeded the threshold of
3% and amounted to 3.05% (3,424,911 voting rights). These voting rights of
3.05% (3,424,911 voting rights) are attributable to Ameriprise Financial,
Inc. according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG.
