ImmuDyne Announces Affiliate Partnership With Leading Men's Lifestyle Magazine for PFI(TM) Product, Launching This Fall

MT. KISCO, N.Y., July 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ImmuDyne, Inc. (OTCQB:IMMD) announced today that it has signed an affiliate partnership agreement with Kandy Magazine for the promotion of Primed For Immunity™ (PFI™), the Company's proprietary hangover prevention product.

Kandy Magazine has ranked among the top 5 Men's Lifestyle iPhone app magazines in the U.S. and is available in over 150 markets worldwide. Available through iTunes, Google Play, and the Amazon App Store, Kandy is downloaded by more than 100,000 consumers each month through iPhone, iPad, Android, and Kindle Fire HD apps.

Karen Kingston, Chief Marketing Officer, stated, "We are pleased that PFI will be promoted by Kandy Magazine. The majority of their readers have an active social nightlife and can greatly benefit from PFI. Furthermore, the online app reaches more than 100,000 potential customers monthly. This partnership is the first of many partnerships ImmuDyne will be engaging in, in order to reach millions of our potential customers. We've initiated a full production run of PFI in order to meet the projected demand once full commercialization activities commence this fall. Advertising and sales efforts for PFI through the online Kandy Magazine app will also begin this fall."

Ron Kuchler, President of Kandy, stated, "Kandy first began working with ImmuDyne in June of this year when PFI Club sponsored Kandy's red carpet event in Hollywood, CA. Our guests were very impressed with the PFI product. I believe PFI is a very good product and of high interest to our readers. The PFI Club branding is very appealing to them as well. We look forward to promoting PFI."

About Primed For Immunity (PFI)

Clinical studies have shown that a hangover is not exclusively caused by dehydration and/or congeners, but also by the changing levels of cytokines in the body due to immune suppression. Unlike other OTC hangover prevention products, PFI is the only hangover prevention product that contains the proprietary ingredient PURACERE™. PURACERE is clinically proven to activate protective immune responses.

In addition to the immune health benefits of the active ingredient in PFI, PURACERE is derived from a natural alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH). ADH is produced by the liver to assist in the metabolism of alcohol. For more information about PFI, go to www.PFIClub.com
