AS Baltika issued 5 000 000 ordinary shares in connection with conversion of H-bonds. The shares were transferred to the investor's securities account of investor in Estonian CSD on 16 July 2013. The Company has now 40,794,850 ordinary shares with the nominal value of 0.2 euros per share.
