On July 17, 2013, Scherzer & Co. AG, Köln, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on InVision AG, Ratingen, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 15, 2013 and on that day amounted to
4.99% (this corresponds to 111,616 voting rights in relation to the total
of 2,235,000 voting rights).
