On July 18, 2013, Deutsche Balaton Aktiengesellschaft, Heidelberg,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Ming Le Sports AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on July
17, 2013 and on that day amounted to 13.41% (this corresponds to 2071080
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.22% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 34080 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
