On July 22, 2013, Dr. Shahab Manzouri, Great Britain has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights in DF Deutsche Forfait Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE0005488795) have
exceeded the 3%, 5%,10%, 15% und 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on July
18, 2013 and on that day amounted to 20.51% of all Voting Rights of DF
Deutsche Forfait Aktiengesellschaft (this corresponds to 1394805 Voting
Rights).

A share of 20.51% of the Voting Right (this corresponds to 1394805 Voting
Rights) are attributed according to Article 22, Section 1 Clause 1 No. of
the WpHG to Dr. Shahab Manzouri via Primrose Energy S.A., Panama City,
Republic of Panama, an enterprise controlled by Dr. Shahab Manzouri, whose
Voting Rights in DF Deutsche Forfait Aktiengesellschaft are 3% or more.
