Hans Linnarson leaves the board of Husqvarna

Due to Hans Linnarson’s resignation as CEO and President of Husqvarna AB,
effective as of June 30, 2013, he has decided to leave the board of Husqvarna AB
effective immediately.

The above information has been made public in accordance with the Securities
Market Act and/or the Financial Instruments Trading Act. The information was
