On July 23, 2013, Värde Partners, L.P., Minneapolis, United States of
America has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Conergy AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 19, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.66% (this corresponds to 4247834 Voting Rights).

All these voting rights were attributed to Värde Partners, L.P. pursuant to
section 22 sub-sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
