The Listing and Surveillance Committee (hereinafter: the Committee) of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn reviewed the application for admission of Telescan AS shares to trading on the Baltic Alternative Market First North (multilateral trading facility).
The Committee decided on August 2, 2013 to approve the application of Telescan AS and to admit its shares to trading on the Baltic Alternative Market First North.
The first trading day of the shares will be Friday, August 9, 2013.
