On 22 August 2013 at approx. 8:00 a.m. IC Companys A/S will publish its annual
report for the period 1 July 2012 – 30 June 2013.
IC Companys A/S will hold an information meeting for investors, analysts, and
the press at
11.00 A.M. ON THURSDAY 22 AUGUST 2013

At the information meeting, Group Chief Executive Officer Mads Ryder and Chief
Financial Officer Chris Bigler will be present.
