First patient treated with RayStation® in Oceania

RaySearch Laboratories AB announces that the first patient in Australasia has
been treated with a treatment plan created with RaySearch’s treatment planning
system RayStation®. The treatment was carried out at Auckland Radiation Oncology
in Auckland, New Zealand.

Auckland Radiation Oncology has established an international reputation for
excellence in cancer treatment, offering the best in private healthcare. This
leading radiation therapy treatment center in Auckland provides the highest
standards of clinical skills with a team of experienced Radiation Oncologists,
Radiation Therapists and Medical Physicists who are at the top of their
profession. The first patient was treated for prostate cancer using Volumetric
Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) and the treatment was delivered on an Elekta linear
accelerator.

for changes in patient conditions such as weight changes to continually provide
