Kay Thorkildsen (Company's CEO) has on 15 August 2013 purchased 819,000 shares in the Company from RomReal Director Arve Nilsson for a price of NOK 0.73 per share. The total number of shares owned by Kay Thorkildsen and related parties following the acquisition is 15,613,082, which equals 15.1 per cent of the total number of shares in the Company. Kay Thorkildsen has hereby exceeded the 15 per cent limit stated in the Securities Trading Act section 4-3.
The total number of shares owned by Arve Nilsson and related parties following the transaction is 2,090,130.
