ICA Gruppen AB: ICA Real Estate completes acquisition of warehouse property in Helsingborg


ICA Real Estate has today taken possession of the warehouse property Kolven 2 in
Helsingborg, Sweden, in accordance with the agreement concluded on 5 June 2013.
The acquisition of the property is being made by Långeberga Logistik AB, a newly
formed company owned jointly by ICA Real Estate and occupational pensions
company Alecta. The seller is Tribona AB. The agreed property value amounts to
SEK 931 million.

The acquisition of the warehouse property in Helsingborg is part of development
towards a more modern and efficient logistics structure for ICA Sweden. The
warehouse in Helsingborg will be upgraded and expanded by approximately 34,000
square metres and will be ready in 2015.
