Delisting of Isconova AB (publ) with last day of trading on September 6, 2013

On 21 August 2013 Isconova AB (publ) announced that the Board of Directors of
Isconova AB (publ) had decided to apply for delisting of Isconova AB (publ)’s
shares from NASDAQ OMX First North Premier.

Isconova AB (publ) has now been informed that the company’s application for
delisting has been approved by NASDAQ OMX and that the last day of trading in
Isconova AB (publ)’s shares on NASDAQ OMX First North Premier will be on
September 6, 2013.
