1. Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway)
Norges Bank, Oslo, Norway, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG that on August 16, 2013 its voting rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding
AG fell below the threshold of 5% and on that day amounted to 4.83% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 4,279,790 voting rights).
2. State of Norway
In the name and on behalf of the State of Norway the Ministry of Finance of
the state of Norway, Oslo, Norway, notified us according to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG that on August 16, 2013 the voting rights of the state of Norway in
Kabel Deutschland Holding AG fell below the threshold of 5% and on that day
amounted to 4.83% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,279,790
voting rights). The voting rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of
Norway). Norges Bank is controlled by the state of Norway, and voting
rights held by Norges Bank are to be attributed to the state of Norway
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
