TARRYTOWN, N.Y., Aug. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pursuant to the requirements of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq OMX Stockholm Exchange: IMNP and OTCQX: EPCTD) ("Immune") today reported that as of August 30, 2013, Immune had approximately 12,583,877 shares of its Common Stock outstanding.  As previously announced, Immune effected a 1-for-40 reverse stock split on August 20, 2013.
