voting rights pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of

DAVIDSON KEMPNER CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC, New York, USA, has informed us
according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on September 6, 2013 its voting
rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and on
that day amounted to 3.407% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
3,016,084 voting rights).

3.407% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 3,016,084 voting rights)
are attributable to the company pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
as well as pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.

DAVIDSON KEMPNER EUROPEAN PARTNERS, LLP, London, United Kingdom, has
informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on September 6, 2013 its
voting rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3%
and on that day amounted to 3.407% of the voting rights (this corresponds
to 3,016,084 voting rights).
