According to § 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act (Værdipapirhandelsloven) and § 55 of the Danish Company Act (Selskabsloven), we hereby report that Inga Kovstrup, Brandsøvej 17, Skærbæk, 7000 Fredericia has reduced her shareholding in Ambu A/S. Subsequently Inga Kovstrup’s direct and indirect shareholding in Ambu A/S amounts to a total of 887,800 A- and B-shares of DKK 10 corresponding to 7.5% of the share capital and 22.1% of the votes.
