FilmOn.Com Signs Landmark Deal With German State Broadcaster


BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Sept. 12, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FilmOn.Com (http://www.FilmOn.com) – the world's largest provider of free internet television owned by billionaire Alki David – today announced a landmark partnership deal with German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle (DW).

Under a new agreement, Deutsche Welle's highly respected international news and current affairs channel will be available in four different languages via the FilmOn.com platform on PC's and smartphones.

The deal represents a significant addition to the impressive stable of official state broadcasters choosing to make their content available via FilmOn.com. It follows similar agreements with TVE of Spain and ABC in Australia.
