Johnson & Johnson Named Top Latino ERG at USHCC Fourth Annual ERG Summit & Corporate Challenge


CHICAGO, Sept. 16, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) today recognized Johnson & Johnson as the nation's top Latino Employee Resource Group (ERG) during the USHCC Fourth Annual Latino ERG Summit and Corporate Challenge in Chicago, IL. The Summit and Corporate Challenge is an essential component of the USHCC's annual convention and brings together ERGs to share best practices and provide compelling results on the value of Hispanic executives and employees in corporate America.  

This morning, five corporate finalists competed in the Corporate Challenge based on four key areas: career advancement of Hispanic professionals, alignment of ERG initiatives and corporate objectives, community involvement, and cultural advancement within the company.
