Tallinn, 2013-09-19 08:28 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 1 August, 2013 AS Pro Kapital Grupp published an announcement on subscription of 74 bonds by investors with the nominal value of 10 000 EUR per each bond and total issue price of 740 000 EUR. Due to technical reasons one subscriber for 10 bonds was not able to settle delivery-versus-payment process by the set deadline. Those 10 bonds are canceled so the total number of bonds issued is 64 instead of 74 and the total issue price is 640 000 EUR. The bonds have the maturity of 5 years and bear annual interest of 5%, payable annually. Bonds are unsecured and non-convertible.
