Tenex Health Chief Financial Officer to Resign on September 30, 2013


LAKE FOREST, Calif., Sept. 20, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tenex Health today announced that Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Rom Papadopoulos will be resigning as CFO and a member of the board of directors as of September 30, 2013. Dr. Papadopoulos will be returning to his position as Managing Director of Intuitus Group, a merchant banking and financial advisory firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ivan Mijatovic, Chairman of the company's Board of Directors, will assume responsibilities as interim CFO and oversee financial operations until a permanent CFO has been identified. Mr. Mijatovic said of Dr. Papadopoulos' departure, "Rom stepped out of his day-to-day role at Intuitus Group and provided a key service to Tenex Health during an important period in the company's development.
