(Nasdaq:FPRX) (Five Prime) announced today that the underwriters of its initial public offering have exercised their over-allotment option in full to purchase an additional 720,000 shares of common stock from Five Prime at the initial public offering price of $13.00 per share. With the exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option, the total number of shares sold in the offering was 5,520,000 shares, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of $71.8 million, before underwriting discounts, commissions and expenses. All of such shares were sold by Five Prime.
Jefferies LLC, BMO Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers and Guggenheim Securities, LLC acted as a co-manager for the offering.
