BYRAM, Miss., Oct. 2, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Please join Hope Credit Union and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) as they present $20,000 in Partnership Grant Program (PGP) funds to Home Again, Inc.
The PGP funds will assist Home Again in funding repairs to foreclosed properties that the organization rehabs and resells to low- to moderate-income homebuyers. Home Again was formed in 2006 with the mission of supporting revitalization and recovery following Hurricane Katrina. Since its inception, Home Again has partnered in the development of 260 units of single-family and multifamily housing in Mississippi.
FHLB Dallas awarded $225,000 in grants through its PGP this year. The grants provide funding for the operational needs of community-based organizations involved in affordable housing and community development.
