Aerojet Rocketdyne Welcomes Clyde Woltman as Executive Director


SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aerojet Rocketdyne, a GenCorp (NYSE:GY) company, today announced that Clyde Woltman will join the company as an executive director of Advanced Programs, Defense Business Development.

Woltman primarily will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Aerojet Rocketdyne's business into new product areas. He also will lead the planning, directing, and coordinating of business development and program activities.

Woltman previously held key positions in the aviation industry, most recently as director, Navy and Marine Corps Programs at Pratt & Whitney. He also served in the Marine Corps for 28 years and retired as a colonel.

Woltman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. He also is a graduate from the Naval Post Graduate School of Aviation Safety and the University of Paris, Sorbonne.
