that the prospectus for the company's third bond issue has been approved and
registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 10 October 2013 and
that the company has applied to have the bond admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX
Stockholm with the first day of trading expected to be 14 October 2013. The

Bayport's debut bond (BAYP 001 O2, ISIN SE0003617216) was issued in November
2010 and was subsequently listed on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm during 2011.

Bayport's second bond (BAYP 002 O2, ISIN SE0004649713) was issued in June 2012
and was listed shortly thereafter on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
