Change in the supervisory board of BoConcept Holding A/S

The supervisory board of BoConcept Holding A/S has failed to reach agreement on adaptation of the Group's future strategy, and as a result, Ebbe Pelle Jacobsen (deputy chairman), Rolf Eriksen and Morten Windfeldt Jensen have notified the chairman of the board, Viggo Mølholm, that they wish to resign from the supervisory board of BoConcept Holding A/S.

The parties agree that it would be in the company's best interests to change the composition of the board at this time since the company needs to be in a position to act decisively and strategically. The parties also emphasise that the decision is not a dramatic event.

In accordance with the above and the company's articles of association, BoConcept Holding A/S will convene an extraordinary general meeting on 1 November 2013 proposing the appointment of Peter Thorsen (CEO Kirk & Thorsen A/S), Henrik Burkal (CEO REMA 1000 A/S) and Preben Bager (former CEO Nobia, Stockholm) as new board members. Thorsen, Burkal and Bager are highly experienced in strategic management, accounting and finance, business development, marketing, franchising, store operations and sourcing. A number of BoConcept Holding's major outside shareholders have stated that they support the nominees.

The substance of this announcement has no impact on the management's forecast of trends in the accounts of BoConcept Holding in the 2013/2014 financial year as announced in announcement no. 7/2013 of 29 August 2013.
