with a value of SEK 9M. Approximately 1,400 employees at Statistics Sweden will
use the solution and it will give the agency support for tasks such as case
management, document and workflow management, e-archive and workflows.
The procurement was carried out by renewed competition within the supply

throughout their lifecycle, from documents being created or received all the way
to being archived or discarded.
"We are very pleased to be chosen to deliver this prestigious assignment to
Statistics Sweden. This project is very interesting for us because it will not
only be a central and common tool to manage the entire information chain
including preservation and culling, but also affecting the entire Statistics
Sweden (SCB) workforce of 1.400 people where we will get the opportunity to
introduce new modern system-support for several business processes. This deal is
further proof that our product family iipax matches the market’s needs in terms
of functionality, user-friendliness and price tag”, says Stefan Jonegård, CEO,
The solution to Statistics Sweden is based on iipax product family that includes
functions for document and task management, email archive, advanced e-services
and secure transactions of information. The product is used by a large number of
government agencies as well as private companies. iipax is a standard product,
