'BILD Tickets': Event ticket sales on BILD.de in cooperation with DEAG

Launch of the new online sales site for event tickets on Friday, October
18, 2013 - more than 1,000 concerts offered on www.tickets.bild.de

Berlin, 17 October 2013 - DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG (ISIN
DE000A0Z23G6), Ticketmaster and BILD.de agree on marketing cooperation in
the field of online ticketing.

BILD.de, Germany's largest news and entertainment portal will provide its
14 million users with the opportunity to buy event tickets simply and
quickly on www.tickets.bild.de from October 18, 2013 onwards. The
cooperation between DEAG/Ticketmaster and BILD.de includes exclusive
advanced ticket sales and quotas for certain concerts. The entire
completion of sales will be executed by the global event ticketing leader
Ticketmaster. BILD.de provides marketing space within the scope of the
cooperation. The offering of 'BILD Tickets' currently includes more than
1,000 music events as well as topical highlights from the fields of family
entertainment, culture and sports.

From Friday, October 18, 2013, 9:00 pm, onwards, advanced ticket sales will
be offered exclusively on www.tickets.bild.de for the cross-over tour of
David Garrett and for five open air events of Andreas Gabalier. In
addition, 'BILD Tickets' offers tickets for top concerts with Justin
Timberlake, Cliff Richard, Status Quo, One Direction and Fleetwood Mac.
Tickets for the open air concerts of the Berlin Philharmonics, Sunrise
Avenue, Hansi Hinterseer or the shows Flic Flac Exxtrem and Riverdance are
likewise available online.

'With 'BILD Tickets' we supplement our offering for films and music
streaming by an all-round service in the field of entertainment on BILD.de.
The users have now the possibility to buy tickets for events rapidly and
simply and combine this with many exclusive benefits', says Donata Hopfen,
