Based on the novella by Sir Henry Maximilian Beerbohm, Masque tells the story of an aging prizefighter, henchman and gambler named Colorado McBride (Richard Losee), whose dark past is mirrored in his malevolently scarred face. Double-crossed and left for dead by his treacherous business partner Masters, he finds compassion in the arms of Grace (Lauren Holly), a widowed country woman, and in the art of a mysterious Mask Maker (Wilford Brimley) whose skills proffer a mythical journey of restitution.

Masque was most recently nominated for several awards at this month's Golden Door Film Festival, and won "Best Short Film," "Best Concept Film," and "Best Actress" (Lauren Holly).
