Erhvervsstyrelsen (Danish Business Authority) and Formpipe has signed an agreement for development of a payment module. The total order value amounts to approximately SEK 5 million and the agreement covers the development and maintenance of the module.
The solution will ensure the Authority's customers a fast and cost efficient access to company data through credit card payments. The payment module supports the authority’s work for increased digitization and self-service.
“The need for efficient e-governance leads to further investments in existing or new ECM solutions in the public sector. Our products enables our public sector customers to offer more service for less money, such as self-service, automated and digitized processes", says Christian Sundin, CEO of Formpipe .
Erhvervsstyrelsen have for many years used the Grants Management product TAS to manage their application and grant processes. In addition to this Formpipe is a supplier on the Modernization Program at Erhvervsstyrelsen, which runs until 2015, in which the authority will make a complete modernization of IT systems, both to ensure an improved service to companies that come in contact with the authority and also to ensure internal efficiency in the administration.
