IT – Genium INET 3.0201 Project Update (86/13)


NASDAQ OMX Genium INET will be upgraded to 3.0201 on November 25th, 2013. As earlier communicated, this release will focus on the migration of NOS clearing to Genium INET but there are improvements for NASDAQ OMX Nordic Derivatives market to be activated December 2nd, 2013.

 

NASDAQ OMX Nordic Derivatives introduces new functionality including improvements for Order Price Limit to Cover Combination Order Books, Market Orders, Market-to-Limit Orders and Bait Orders. These new functionalities are part of the Genium INET 3.0201 release that goes live November 25th, 2013 but will be activated December 2nd, 2013.

Members are advised to upgrade to the latest Trading Workstation. If not, the Order History window will not always contain the correct free text fields for the scenarios described above. It is possible to test Order Price Limits for Combos in External Test 4. Please see IT-Notice 73/13 for additional information.

 

NASDAQ OMX Nordic Derivatives improves and extends Post Trade Session. The post trade session in index futures on OMXS30 will be extended to 17:28 – 17:45 from today´s 17:28 – 17:35 on normal trading days and to 12:58 – 13:15 from today´s 12:58 – 13:05 on half day trading days. Trading in the two standardized index future time spreads on OMXS30 will be enabled during post trade. It will be possible to test GTC and GTD in External Test system 1 as of November 12th, 2013 and be activated in production December 2nd, 2013. No Impact on OMnet API or NASDAQ OMX Front-ends.

 

NASDAQ OMX Nordic Derivatives improves Combination Orders. Good till Cancelled (GTC) and Good till Date Orders (GTD) will be valid attributes in the two standardized index future time spreads on OMXS30. GTC and GTD orders in the two standardized index future time spreads on OMXS30 will be valid in the post trade session. It will be possible to test GTC and GTD in External Test system 1 as of November 12th, 2013 and be activated in production December 2nd, 2013. No Impact on OMnet API or NASDAQ OMX Front-ends.
