Mike Dowse appointed President of Amer Sports Ball Sports and Michael White appointed as General Manager EMEA and Americas

Mike Dowse, born 1966, has been appointed President of Amer Sports Ball Sports
business area, effective November 4, 2013. Chris Considine, President Amer
Sports Ball Sports, will leave the company at the same time. Mike Dowse has
worked as General Manager for the Amer Sports Americas Region since 2010, and he
has worked for Amer Sports for more than 20 years.

Michael White, born 1964, has been appointed Chief Sales Officer and General
Manager for Amer Sports EMEA and Americas Regions. Michael White has worked as
General Manager for the Amer Sports EMEA region since 2010, and he has worked
for Amer Sports for more than eight years.

Mike Dowse and Michael White will continue to be members of the Amer Sports
Executive Board, reporting to the President and CEO Heikki Takala.
