David Stoller, M.D., F.A.C.R. Joins RadNet as National Director of Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Imaging


LOS ANGELES, Nov. 4, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RadNet Inc. (Nasdaq:RDNT), a national leader in providing high-quality, cost-effective, fixed-site outpatient diagnostic imaging services through a network of 251 fully-owned and operated outpatient imaging centers, announced today that David W. Stoller, M.D., F.A.C.R. has joined its network of providers as the National Director of Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Imaging. Dr. Stoller will also serve as the Director of Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Imaging for the Northern California division of RadNet's affiliated radiology group, Beverly Radiology Medical Group.

Dr. Stoller is a graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine and has more than 25 years of experience as a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty expertise in musculoskeletal radiology and is a fellow of the American College of Radiology. Dr. Stoller also provides additional teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Stoller is a luminary resource for education and is the Director of Current Issues of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, a national symposium course that provides radiologists and orthopaedic surgeons with advanced orthopaedic MRI education.

Dr. Stoller has also developed an innovative series of Comprehensive Tutorials in Musculoskeletal Imaging using an innovative checklist technique, conducted on both the East and West Coast. Dr. Stoller's eight textbooks including Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine have been translated in multiple languages. Dr. Stoller has also developed with Primal Pictures of London, award-winning interactive content, including the Interactive Knee, Shoulder, Hip, Ankle and Wrist.
