Our company has received the following notification pursuant to section 21
para. 1 of the German Secruities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz -
WpHG):

BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France
On 30 October 2013, the stake of BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A. in
the voting rights in NORMA Group SE exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3.09 % (985,010 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 2.36 % (751,375 voting rights) are attributed to BNP
Paribas Investment Partners S.A., pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG.

Also, of these voting rights 0.73 % (233,635 voting rights) are attributed
to BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
